Delivery
For mainland UK, postage is £3.99 on orders up to £40 and free on orders over £40.
For Northern Ireland and the Islands postage is £12.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail on a 2-3 day service.
Returns
You can return your products to us anytime within 28 days from receipt, so long as you notify us in advance and within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the products, we will issue a full refund so long as the goods are undamaged and unopened, with any seals intact.
If you wish to return goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us in advance within 7 working days of delivery. After we have investigated the damage, we will either replace the goods or refund the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
